If you have any concern or grievance then please follow the below protocol to ensure the right person responds to you quickly:
- If your concern is about a SUBJECT, then using the above email link, mark your mail FAO of the named subject teacher. An alternative to this is via your Insight account where you can email members of staff directly.
- For matters relating to TEACHING of subjects then please direct your enquiry to the Head of Faculty in the manner described above.
- For all other concerns please contact your child’s COLLEGE LEADER in the manner described above.
If, after following the above protocol you continue to have additional queries, or you feel that the information or response you have been given does not meet your expectations, then please contact the HEADTEACHER using the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the nature of your issue.
The final recourse to resolving differences is by contacting the CHAIR OF GOVERNORS. This should only be considered if after following the above process, and escalation to the Headteacher, you continue to be unhappy with outcomes. The Chair of Governors can be contacted by e-mailing email@example.com
