North Leamington School (NLS) declared as ‘a good school’ by Ofsted

Following the Ofsted inspection that took place in February I am very pleased to inform you that Ofsted have officially declared and judged NLS as ‘a good school’ across all areas including the achievement of pupils, the quality of teaching, behaviour, safety and leadership and management.
Ofsted also recognised that the progress of the vast majority of students is ‘significantly better than the national average’ and that students’ attainment is improving, particularly at GCSE where they perform ‘significantly above the national average in most subjects’ including in Science, English Language and Literature, German and Geography.

To achieve a 'good' rating and such positive comments from the Inspectors is a real testimony to everyone at NLS – I know that we will continue to strive for even better results so we can go from good to great - we want to achieve outstanding and we have every confidence that by working together, we can do it.
